Toledo’s Cathedral (3 Km) - This magnificent building is probably the construction that best exemplifies the charm and beauty of the city. The cathedral was built during the years 1226 and 1492. The sacristy is a true museum itself, with works from very famous artists, such as El Greco, Rubens, Zurbarán, Lucas Jordán, Vand Dick, Tristán and Goya, among others.
Alcázar (3 Km) – This fortress is one of the most symbolic sites of Toledo and was witness to some of the most important events in the history of Spain. The museum is organised into 8 main rooms each filed with historic artefacts illustrating the fortress’ history right up to the 20th century. The museum also has twelve themed rooms with a diverse collection of artefacts.
Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes (3 Km) - The monastery is considered to be the most beautiful church in Toledo, and was built by the famous architect Juan Guas after the Catholic Monarchs appointed him to fulfil this great task and perpetuate the memory of the victory in the battle of Toro.
El Greco’s Museum (3 Km) - Even though this was not the original home of El Greco, it is an accurate reproduction of a typical mansion in Toledo at the end of the 16th century. The furniture and objets d'art, together with the structure of the building, decorate the house to recreate the original historic dwellings of that age.
