Mora de Rubielos is well-known for its castle dating back to the 13th to 15th century and 15th century collegiate church with its impressive Gothic architecture made up of cast iron grill work. There are also other religious monuments such as the La Dolorosa de Loreto, San Miguel and the La Soledad hermitages and Franciscanas convent dating back to the 16th century.

The castle was built by the Fernandez de Heredia family part of the Arogones kingdom, 4000 m² in size and both Roman and Gothic in design its has been maintained in good condition and well worth a visit. There is also the city wall that still has the 4 entrances.
