Situated in Aucanada, the most peaceful setting in the Bay of Alcudia, in the North of Mallorca. Just 30m from from the waters edge, separated from the beach by a pine-tree wood and 200m from Aucanada Golf, an 18 hole golf course on the water's edge. Nearby, you will find the salt- water lagoons of Alcudia and Pollensa, refuge to many migrating birds, these lagoons are one of the most valued in the south of Europe from a bird-watching point of view; the old Roman city of Pollentia, which still has parts of the metropolis, theatre and ramparts; and the Puerto de Alcudia.

Aucanada has 45 apartments, 12 of which have two bedrooms, 30 have one bedroom and 3 are studios. Apart from wonderful sea views, they all have kitchenette, complete bathroom and a large terrace. Apartments cleaned and bath towels changed every two days. Linen changed twice a week. Kettles, toasters, fans, etc available on request (payable).
From the airport, take the motorway towards Palma for about 5.5 kilometres (3.5 miles). Before arriving at the capital, take the Ring Rd Exit 3 towards Andratx, Port d'Alcudia, Via de Cintura. Proceed for 2 kilometres and take Exit 3b towards Inca, Port d'Alcudia, Son Castelló (motorway). Once at Inca, continue on the main road following directions for Puerto de Alcudia. Follow the m-60 all the time with directions to the commercial port. Just before arriving to the port, on the roundabout, take the third exit towards the Camí d'Aucanada. Continue straight ahead following directions for the Golf course, approximately 1.7 km later, you will find the apartments in the corner in front of you.
