This newly constructed 4-star aparthotel is situated in a wonderful setting next to s´Albufera nature reserve and just 200 metres from the long sandy Alcudia bay.

The complex consists of 4 apartment buildings and 3 main buildings with air conditioned public rooms: a large entrance hall with reception and sitting room, dining room, conference room (seat approximately 50), games room and a large lounge bar with a stage for the daily entertainment evening programme.

In the centre of the complex, set amongst the gardens, there is a magnificent swimming pool of 1500m² and a sunbathing terrace with sun-beds and parasols.

Near the complex there are supermarkets, souvenir shops and boutiques.

The apartments are 53m² and offer space for 4 persons (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa beds). In addition to the listed amenities the kitchenette has an electric hob and toaster. Furthermore the apartments have either a balcony or terrace with table and chairs.

We would like to inform you that the furniture of all the rooms was renovated in 2008 including a LCD TV 32".
