Restaurant Las Bóvedas offers the freshest market produce in a stunning environment. Executive Chef Luis Salinero and his team offer a simple and pure cuisine, using a maximum of 2 spices in order to let the natural flavours and tastes of the ingredients be experienced to a maximum. The Mandarina Pool & Grill Restaurant, situated by the swimming pool has a barbeque area which serves a variety of healthy salads and grilled fish, seafood and meats. The Orange Patio provides an ideal place for a relaxing drink, while the Lounge Bar Solinit serves refreshing cocktails and innovative fingerfood.
