La Hacienda San Ignacio was built in a refurbished Jesuit monastery, transformed into a country cottage in the XIX century, and into a hotel nowadays, preserving the arquitecture, decoration and enchant of the old times: Andalusian Patios, glazes tiles, mosaics, wood beams, white walls…any alteration in this building has been done respecting the structure and rustic atmosphere of the typical Andalusian style.
