Located in a modern building, surrounded by gardens, with a private swimming- pool (open from mid June to mid September) and parking. Only 200 meters from the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones, and with good bus routes to the centre of the city. Having two sizes to choose from, we have studios (living-room and bedroom in one room with a kitchenette) and one-bedroom apartments with a living-room furnished with a bed-sofa and completed equipped independent kitchen. Both studios and apartments have central heating and air conditioning, TV, telephone and completed bathroom.
