Room Mate Migueletes Hotel is a 17th century mansion with Andalucian patios and galleries. It is completely renovated with all modern facilities including high-speed Internet access in all rooms. The hotel has 25 rooms including 2 suites. Some rooms face the interior courtyard, while others have views of the Alhambra and the surrounding neighbourhood. The hotel has three floors and one tower room.

The mansion that was declared in 1995 in ruins by the Town hall was recovered to turn her into hotel with 25 rooms. A delicate and meticulous restoration of the mansion at the expense of the architect - restorer Carlos Sanchez managed to integrate(repay) to the perfection all the elements of the historical building: roofs of wood, the furniture, etc.
Now Room Mate Migueletes answers to the personality of two from Granada and cosmopolitan brothers. One of them is gallery owner and another designer of webs, one lives by day(in the daytime) and other one by night, but the late afternoon of The Alhambra joins them always. Their friends might be Estrella Morente, Laura García Lorca and Jota of the Planetas.
The hotel has 25 double rooms including 2 Suites and a room adapted to handicapped persons. They emphasize the Suite ideal "Alhambra" for couples, it has a wonderful view of the Alhambra, roofs artesonados, jacuzzi …, and the room placed in the Torreón. The court is a place of relax for the guests and the warehouse a place of meeting where to taste a glass of wine.
All
the rooms are different so much in size and disposition, as well as
in the sights - some they give to the interior court and others wires
the same one.
All the rooms are non-smokers, and are equipped with bathroom, telephone,
mini-bar, access to Internet ADSL, cable TV, safety box, air conditioning,
heating, hairdresser …
As we are located in the old part of Granada, private traffic is not allowed , so we strongly recommend you to leave your car in a parking and come by taxi. To get there, please take exit 129 Centro-Recogidas from the Circunvalación (belt drive of Granada). Follow Centro signs, (even if you see signs saying it is forbidden to drive on Recogidas St. as you are a guest of a hotel and, therefore, are allowed to) and about 800m after (you have left 2 gas stations on your left hand side) you will see on your left a Burger King. Do a sharp turn to the right, following the sign Palacio de Congresos (it will be the 2nd sign you see). You will immediately enter a square with a fountain, and the parking Plaza Puerta Real is just under it, at your left. Be careful, as on the right, there is a parking with similar name, but we don’t have special prices there. At the square, there is a taxi stand, tell the driver that we are at the end of Plaza Nueva, at the left hand side of Santa Ana Church. It sounds more complicated than it really is!! Ask the taxi driver for a receipt, give it to us upon check in, and we will deduct this trip from your hotel invoice! There is another option, closer to the hotel, but more expensive and we don’t have a special rate: Parking San Agustín off the Gran Vïa.
