Located in the popular tourist destination Benalmadena along the Costa del Sol, complemented by its warm climate, these well equipped apartments offering all you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

There is a swimming pool, communal garden and each apartment has a private parking place.

Room information
There are 12 two bedrooms Apartments:

6 Standard Apartments (4/5 people): Two bedrooms (one of them with double bed and the other one with two single beds), and living room with bed-sofa for one more person; Complete bathroom with bath complements, fully equipped electrical kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave grill, dishwasher, washing machine…) and a big furnished terrace with table and chairs.

4 Penthouses (4/5 people): Similarly equipped as the standard apartments plus big top-floor sun terrace with marvellous panoramic views. The top floor terrace is equipped with sun beds, a shower, pergola, table and chairs.

2 Apartments with private garden: On the ground floor and with same equipment as the penthouses, but with private garden instead of the top floor terrace (also with deck chairs, shower, table, chairs…).

Cot is free for children up to 2 years old, but he has to be included in the total number of maximum people of the apartments. If the maximum number is exceeded the cost of the cot is EUR 6 per day.

Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

In the surrounding area of the apartments you can find the Pre-Columbine Art Museum, the Buddhist temple, the bull ring, theme park Tivoli-World, railway, the sea-life Selwoo Marina, the leisure port "Puerto Marina", and the golf course Torrequebrada and Benalmadena-Golf.

Benalmadena
It is one of the touristical focal points of the Costa del Sol. It is conformed by a variety of settings that complement each other perfectly. Benalmadena Costa is an area characterised by its beaches and the mountain stands Arroyo de La Miel, the shopping are of the town. And to end with, Benalmadena- Pueblo, a village perched in a rocky outcrop where pleasant and relaxing walks through typical Andalusian streets can be performed.

From Malaga Airport:
Take: Avenida Del Comandante García Morato for 1.2 km, turn right onto: Avenida De Velázquez/N-340 for 2.5 km continue along N-340 for 300 m, take: Autopista Del Mediterráneo/A-7/E-15 for 2 km.
take: A-7/E-15 for 11 km.
continue along A-368 for 1.6 km
At Benalmádena: continue along A-368 for 0.9 km
Turn right onto: Calle De La Hacienda for 200 m.
At the end of this street you will find La Hacienda apartments.
